Fantastic assistance

After a good amount of research into the capabilities of the Bascom system compared to others, I decided to go for it, and I’m really glad I did. The system showed up, but the recorder was missing—probably got damaged during shipping. I shot them an email about it, and I got a call right away saying they’d look into it and send a replacement, which arrived in just a few days. The customer support has been top-notch, with James always ready to help out with any questions I had. It’s refreshing to experience such excellent service these days! I’m now planning to swap out our external CCTV for a Bascom system. The picture quality is impressive, the app runs smoothly, and the software for PC/Mac fits our needs perfectly.

This camera has a fantastic wide-angle view and can capture footage from over 100 meters away. The recorder operates quietly, and installation is a breeze. Rodger is super helpful, guiding you through any hiccups on your phone if you run into trouble while setting it up. Honestly, this makes for an excellent Christmas gift if you're looking to get a security system. I even use mine for bird watching—zooming in and out, and the infrared at night is crystal clear. Plus, the after-sale support is top-notch!

I had issues getting the cameras to function, so I shot an email to customer support. Within minutes, I received a phone call, and the advice I got sorted out the issue, which was actually my mistake. The customer service was outstanding, really top-notch. Kudos to them!

I ran into a couple of issues with the delivery and getting it to work with my PANASONIC TV, but everything's sorted out now. The system is performing excellently, providing a crisp 1080i picture, all thanks to Rai from BASCOM Technical Support in the Netherlands.

The components were held up because of BREXIT problems. That said, the company is quite solid. The cameras are fantastic and simple to install. A YouTube video for setup and features would’ve been useful. Totally worth it. Customer support is also really good and friendly.

I received a second shipment from Bascom since the first one got stuck in a customs issue. The Bascom Camera appears to be of good quality and operates well - setting it up was a breeze. Unfortunately, my previous IP camera didn’t work out, and I felt a bit abandoned at first. However, Mark Lems really stepped up to the plate, going the extra mile to help me connect everything as promised. In the end, Mark even provided a Bascom test camera to fulfill their commitment. This company truly stands by its word. 👍

I recently got my hands on 5 cameras from Bascom, and I gotta say, they’re pretty solid. I used to have an old analog setup that had seen better days but did the job for me. Tried out Blink for a bit, but honestly, skip it! This new system, while pricier than others, actually WORKS. The pictures, sound, playback, and zoom are all top-notch, plus the support from the Bascom team has been fantastic. My only gripe with Bascom is the delivery; I had two shipments, and both times there were issues with Customs, which was super annoying. They really need to get that sorted! Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this company.

Even with the Brexit troubles and some unexpected issues, we eventually got our delivery. Bascom was there for us the whole time, staying upbeat even when I was feeling frustrated. Big thanks to the team - and the product is fantastic!
